What surfaces do the launch products use?
Scarlet uses a Balanced Control glass surface. VEIL uses a Balanced / Medium-Fast glass surface. Crimson Remains uses a High-Speed cloth surface.
What size are the mousepads?
Scarlet, VEIL, and Crimson Remains are each 490 × 420 × 3.0 mm.
What is included with Scarlet?
Scarlet includes one coated glass mousepad, one commemorative art card, three types of universal mouse skates, one grip tape set, and one microfiber cloth.
What is included with VEIL?
VEIL includes one glass mousepad, one exclusive art card, four sets of premium mouse skates, and one microfiber cloth.
What is included with Crimson Remains?
Crimson Remains includes one cloth mousepad and one holographic art card.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged or defective on arrival, contact support@abyssgaming.gg promptly with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging.
How is shipping charged?
For the United States and European Union, the product price includes baseline transport to the regional warehouse and local delivery is calculated at checkout. For other supported destinations, checkout shipping reflects international transport and local delivery after accounting for the baseline amount included in the product price.
